Esther

On Sunday night we had a great evening gathering. It was called 'For such a time as this' and was a dramatic depiction of the story of Esther. I have to say that I am not a great dramatist, but it absolutely blew me away! To see such a passion in the performance of biblical narrative was breathtaking!
The one thing that continues to stick out to me from the story of Esther is how God uses those who are submitted and willing to be used by Him. Esther knew the consequences of her actions, she should have been killed for approaching the king, but this bravery led to events which allowed the Jews to stand and fight against those who sought to kill them!

Will you and I be used by our God? Will we take the extra steps of faith and believe that our God can?!
