Vision

Today I started writing a document that will form the basis of the vision of Sawyers Youth.
This included asking the questions:

What are we as a youth work?
What do we seek to be as a youth work?
What does God want us to be as a youth work?
How do we do it?

The answers to these questions are becoming more and more clear as I pray into and dream some dreams. In the process the challenge to my own life has become clear.

Where am I?
Where do I want to be?
What does God want me to be and do?
How do I do it?

Great questions to be constantly asking as we seek to be Christ centred in all we are and all we do!
