Truth

One of my current strong convictions is that the Christian church has to recapture truth!

If we truly believe that the work of the cross and the tomb brings forgiveness from sin and an eternal inheritance, by implication we must recognise that there are a lot of people that need to know that truth. Generally speaking, the church takes it's responsibility to tell the world too lightly. It's easy to get bogged down in running an organisation, but we must refocus and remind ourselves that the organisation that we know as church, not only exists for it's members, but much more so its community.

The conviction of truth and faith must be reflected in a surrendered and serving life that strives to reach other people.
The more I think about it the more I believe it to be true?
