Thanks

It's so easy to get carried away with busyness, work, socialising etc that we forget say thank you! I know that I am often guilty of this!

We have so much to be thankful in this world. I need to thank my parents more. Even though I moved out a while ago I need to still thank them for their love,care, discipline and all that they invested and continue to invest into my life.
I need to thank those around me more. Those who love, who take the time to make conversation or send a card or gift at a birthday. I need to thank my young people more, for coming along to activities and being who they are.

Above all I need to thank God more. I am constantly amazed at the tiny part of the world that we live in, but rarely give God thanks for that, for the people around me, and for the things I have and hold. Thank you God!!


Psalm 7:17 I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High

Psalm 69:30 I will praise God's name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving

1Cor 15:57 Thanks be to God! He gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ

Phil 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything through prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God

May we give thanks to those around us, but more importantly may we give thanks to our God, for all He has done!
Let's never think that we don't need to thank
