Focus

Decisions change us, they impact us. Not only our decisions, but also the choices of others around us.
They affect us, impact us, move and shape us.

Sometimes they are beyond our control, they are unexpected, couldn't have been forecasted.

I've been learning, that as things around me change, my focus has to be fixed firmly upon God. Not, that I catch God in my peripheral vision, but that my eyes are FIXED, FOCUSED on God! And as a result of this, the decisions and choices I make are not out of my own desires and will, but out of Gods plan for my life

It's hard when things change, because we don't always understand why they are, but God does!
We need to learn to trust, wholeheartedly.

As Jesus taught we need to 'hunger and thirst for righteousness'. When we are fixed on, striving for, and living a life of worship to God, then we will see the blessing of God in our lives.

God loves us, his heart breaks when we choose a sinful path in life, but it rejoices when we choose what is contrary to the sinful nature!

What a great thought, that we are pleasing God by focusing on Him in our lives.
